Custodial
parent
The
custodial parent (CP) or his/her representative is entitled to review and to
obtain a copy of any information that will be used by the Department of Health
and Human Services (DHHS) to support its case in a fair hearing regarding the
CP’s eligibility for public assistance and level of benefits.
Noncustodial
Parent
The
noncustodial parent (NCP) or his/her representative is entitled to review and
to obtain a copy of any information that will be used by DHHS and the Office of
Recovery Services/Child Support Services (ORS/CSS) to support its case in any
hearing regarding the NCP’s duty of support and establishment of a support
order.
