CS 035P Disclosure of Case Information – Outgoing Intergovernmental Referrals

Introduction

Case information that has been classified as private under the Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) is not usually included on federal intergovernmental referrals. This includes both paper and CSENet referrals sent to IV-D agencies in other states that work Utah cases. However, the information will be electronically transmitted to the Federal Case Registry unless it is safeguarded by Child Support Services (CSS). Refer to CS 074P Federal Case Registry and CS 075P Safeguarding Case Information.

If the responding state later indicates it will not secure support without the information, provide the information on the Release of Information to Responding State letter. Mail a copy of the form to the custodial parent (CP).
